The Empire is still at War with the Rebellion, the 1st Death Star was recently destroyed, but all of this is happening in the backdrop, rather than being the main call to action.Ģ. There isn't really a limit to the kinds of stories you can tell, but Edge of the Empire definitely has it's own flavor. Mercenaries, Bounty Hunters, Smugglers, Technicians, Colonist, and Explorers. The focus of the material is people who live on the fringes of Galactic Society: The careers you tend to find represented in Edge of the Empire are often found at home as ordinary civilians in the Galactic Stage, or perhaps even members of criminal organizations.
